Our mind is very powerful when it comes to working out. We may wake up very excited some days and all we think is "I got workout now". However, sometimes we feel so tired and bored that we don't want to workout at all, "I don't feel like exercising today".
We have set clear and specific small workout goals such as "I will do 5 push-ups". We have to tell our mind and act upon it by doing the 5 push-ups. Then, out the sudden we will motivated and encouraged to do more than 5 in the next sets.
There is no limit to how many hours we can workout a day except the limitations that our minds set. A great way to encourage our mind to exercise is early in the morning. I am setting a 21-Day Athletic Focused Commitment to wake up every morning at 5:00 a.m. after sleeping for 8 hours, visualize in advance the success of your workout day routine, and get prepared for jogging, stretching all your parts of your body, and then THE FUNDAMENTALS: push-ups and abs. Keep it very simple and basics on the first days and then step-by-step you can start going to the Gym for muscle-building (if that is what you intend to accomplish).
You will have all your personal fitness goals met sooner than later if you built that habit of working out everyday. It is amazing how little steps makes a big deal at the long-run. Never, ever, ever, ever give up on your daily workout!
